Sleep better with massage therapy

I know it’s frustrating when you lay down to sleep and can’t. The good news is there’s help. New studies have found massage can aid sleep significantly, by reducing pain, anxiety, depression, and a number of conditions. Massage can reset the body and put it in a more relaxed state. Once you get a good night’s sleep, you’ve broken the cycle of sleeplessness and can continue on a roll. The Institute of Medicine estimates that 50 to 70 million Americans experience sleep issues that affect their health. Study after study has shown massage helps break bad sleeping habits and relax you into a sweet slumber. Once you’ve gotten back on track with healthy sleep patterns, you’ll be living “the dream”! That is due to the reduction of the onset of some diseases that come with sufficient sleep. Try it for yourself and enjoy the rejuvenation. I’ve been helping clients in the Big Bear Lake area for over 12 years and I’d love to help you bring yourself back into balance with some solid zzzz’s.

  1. After reading your post it makes sense that massage therapy can help with getting better sleep. If the main purpose of the massage is to, “reduce pain, anxiety, depression, and a number of conditions,” anyone would sleep better! It’s nice to know that there are so many things that can be helped or cured by this. Thanks for the info.
